  1. General Care Perfume sells genuine, authentic fragrances and related products. All prices on the Site are listed in AED (UAE Dirham). Care Perfume is located at Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre, Abu Dhabi, Ground Floor, Shop No. G-45.
  2. Orders
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance and stock availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued where payment was already made.
  1. Delivery
  • We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
  • A flat delivery charge of 10 AED applies to all orders.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  1. Payment We accept:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.
  • Online payment via our secure payment gateway (credit/debit card).

All online transactions are encrypted and processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Care Perfume does not store your card details.

  1. Product Information We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and volumes (ML options). Actual packaging may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturer updates.
  2. Pricing Errors In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct it and notify the customer before processing the order, offering the option to cancel with a full refund.
  3. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Care Perfume and may not be reproduced without permission.
  4. Limitation of Liability Care Perfume is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, except as required under applicable UAE law.
  5. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
